Spaghetti & Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Here’s a complete meal recipe for Spaghetti with Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread—perfectly comforting and cheesy 🍝🧄🧀


🍝 Spaghetti

  • Cook: 15–20 minutes
  • Total: 25–30 minutes

🍽 Serves

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400 g ground beef or chicken (optional)
  • 1 can (400 g) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Spaghetti
    • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
    • Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Make Sauce
    • Heat olive oil in a pan.
    • Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
    • Add ground meat (if using) and cook until browned.
    • Pour in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
    • Simmer 10–15 minutes.
  3. Combine
    • Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce.
    • Serve hot, topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.

🥖 Stuffed Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or Italian bread
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1–2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Optional: ½ tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    • 180°C (350°F)
  2. Prepare Bread
    • Slice bread lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.
    • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and chili flakes.
    • Spread mixture on both halves.
  3. Stuff with Cheese
    • Place shredded mozzarella between the halves.
    • Press gently to secure.
  4. Bake
    • Wrap in foil and bake 10–12 minutes.
    • Optional: Unwrap last 2–3 minutes for a golden crust.
  5. Serve
    • Slice and serve warm alongside spaghetti.

  • Use fresh mozzarella for extra gooeyness.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan over garlic bread before baking for added flavor.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms to spaghetti sauce for a veggie boost.
