No-bake peanut butter pretzel clusters

Posted on December 27, 2025 by Danish Kaleem

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are a quick, easy, and irresistible treat. The combination of crunchy pretzels, creamy peanut butter, and sweet chocolate makes them perfect for snacks, parties, or gifting.

Ingredients (Makes ~12–15 clusters)

  • 1 cup pretzels (mini twists or broken pieces)

  • ½ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, if using unsalted peanut butter)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Mixture

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and honey (if using).

  2. Microwave for 20–30 seconds to make it easier to mix.

  3. Stir in pretzels and a pinch of salt. Ensure all pieces are coated.

2. Form Clusters

  1. Using a spoon, scoop small portions of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  2. Press lightly to shape clusters, but keep them chunky for crunch.

3. Melt Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.

  2. Drizzle melted chocolate over the pretzel clusters.

4. Set the Clusters

  1. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until chocolate hardens and clusters firm up.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Tips for Perfect Clusters

  • Use fresh, crunchy pretzels for maximum texture.

  • Peanut butter should be soft enough to coat pretzels evenly.

  • For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.

  • Add mix-ins like chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips for variation.

Serving Suggestions

  • Serve as a snack or dessert with coffee or milk.

  • Pack in small gift bags for parties or holidays.

  • Great for lunchbox treats or after-school snacks.

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters are quick, crunchy, and addictive, combining sweet, salty, and nutty flavors in every bite.
