Here’s a simple, long-lasting Homemade Lemon Powder recipe 🍋✨
Perfect for seasoning, baking, drinks, marinades, tea, and skincare.


🍋 Homemade Lemon Powder (100% Natural)

🧾 Ingredients

  • Fresh lemons – 4–6 (organic preferred)


👩‍🍳 Method 1: Sun-Dried Lemon Powder (Most Natural)

Step 1: Wash & Peel

  • Wash lemons thoroughly.

  • Peel the yellow outer skin only (avoid white part—it’s bitter).

Step 2: Sun Dry

  • Spread peels on a clean tray.

  • Cover lightly with cloth/net.

  • Dry in sunlight 2–3 days until completely crisp.

Step 3: Grind

  • Grind dried peels into a fine powder.

  • Sieve if needed.

Step 4: Store

  • Store in an airtight glass jar.

Step 1: Prep

  • Preheat oven to 70–80°C (160–175°F).

  • Peel lemons thinly.

Step 2: Dry

  • Place peels on baking tray.

  • Bake 2–3 hours, turning occasionally.

  • Peels should snap when dry.

Step 3: Grind & Store

  • Cool completely.

  • Grind into powder.
