Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Easy & Flavor-Packed)
These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and loaded with garlicky, cheesy goodness. Perfect for a quick dinner, lunch box, or late-night craving.
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
For the Chicken
- 2 cups boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced or diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp garlic paste (or 3 cloves minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the Wraps
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
- Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped (optional)
Directions
Step 1: Cook the Garlic Chicken
- Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken, paprika, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring, until chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesy Filling
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and cream cheese (if using).
- Add cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
- Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
- Spoon the chicken-cheese mixture into the center of each wrap.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly.
Step 4: Toast the Wraps
- Brush the outside with melted garlic butter.
- Toast on a hot pan or grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
