Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Easy & Flavor-Packed)

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and loaded with garlicky, cheesy goodness. Perfect for a quick dinner, lunch box, or late-night craving.

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

For the Chicken

  • 2 cups boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced or diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp garlic paste (or 3 cloves minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
  • Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1: Cook the Garlic Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, paprika, pepper, salt, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
  4. Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring, until chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesy Filling

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and cream cheese (if using).
  2. Add cooked chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
  2. Spoon the chicken-cheese mixture into the center of each wrap.
  3. Fold in sides and roll tightly.

Step 4: Toast the Wraps

  1. Brush the outside with melted garlic butter.
  2. Toast on a hot pan or grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
