Here’s a delicious and tropical dessert recipe for Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake a light, fruity, no-bake treat that’s perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, or when you just want something refreshing and sweet.


🍍 Juicy Pineapple Heaven Cake

⭐ What You’ll Need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can crushed pineapple (in juice, not syrup)

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 pre-made angel food cake (store-bought or homemade), torn into bite-sized pieces

  • Optional toppings: pineapple chunks, maraschino cherries, shredded coconut, or whipped cream


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Creamy Pineapple Layer:

    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

    • Add the crushed pineapple with juice and the vanilla pudding mix. Mix until well combined and slightly thickened.

  2. Fold in Whipped Topping:

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated. You should have a light, fluffy pineapple mixture.

  3. Assemble the Cake:

    • In a 9×13-inch dish or large trifle bowl, layer half of the torn angel food cake pieces.

    • Spread half of the pineapple mixture over the cake pieces.

    • Repeat with remaining cake pieces and top with the rest of the pineapple mixture.

  4. Chill:

    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or overnight for best flavor and texture.

  5. Garnish & Serve:

    • Just before serving, top with optional garnishes like pineapple chunks, cherries, or toasted coconut for that “heavenly” finish.


💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Want it extra juicy? Add a splash of pineapple juice between layers.

  • For a tropical twist, add drained mandarin oranges or a layer of banana slices.

  • Make it a parfait: layer in cups for individual servings!
