🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding Recipe

✅ Servings:

12–14 servings (9×13 dish)

📝 Ingredients:

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk (whole milk or 2%)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

For the Layers:

  • 1 box vanilla wafers (or Golden Oreos)

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 lb (about 2 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced

  • Extra whipped topping or fresh whipped cream (for topping)

  • Optional garnish: crushed cookies, fresh fruit, strawberry syrup

🍴 Directions:

1. Make the Cheesecake Pudding Filling:

In a large mixing bowl:

  • Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.

  • Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.

  • Add the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk. Beat until the mixture thickens (about 2–3 minutes).

  • Mix in vanilla extract.

  • Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. Set aside.

2. Prepare Your Ingredients:

  • Slice bananas and strawberries just before layering to keep them fresh.

  • Have cookies ready.

3. Assemble the Pudding Layers:

In a 9×13-inch dish or trifle bowl:

  1. Layer 1: Add a single layer of vanilla wafers (or Golden Oreos) on the bottom.

  2. Layer 2: Add a layer of banana slices.

  3. Layer 3: Add a layer of sliced strawberries.

  4. Layer 4: Spread half of the cheesecake pudding mixture over the fruit.

  5. Repeat: Add another layer of cookies, bananas, strawberries, and then the rest of the pudding mixture.

  6. Top Layer: Spread extra whipped topping over the top.

4. Chill:

  • Cover with plastic wrap.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best for soft cookies and blended flavor).

🍓 Optional Garnishes:

  • Crushed vanilla wafers or Oreos

  • Extra banana and strawberry slices

  • Strawberry drizzle or syrup

  • White chocolate shavings

📌 Tips:

  • Use firm but ripe bananas to avoid browning.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice to banana slices to slow browning if prepping ahead.

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, you can mix some crushed strawberries into the pudding layer.

  • You can also layer in fresh strawberry preserves or a swirl of strawberry sauce between layers.
