In a bowl, mix cornflour with ΒΌ cup cold milk until smooth (no lumps).

In a pan, add remaining milk + sugar + salt.

Heat on medium flame, stirring constantly.

Keep stirring for 2β3 minutes until thick and creamy.

Turn off heat, add vanilla, mix well.
