No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Cake
Ingredients

2 packs plain biscuits (Marie, Digestive, or Oreo without cream)

½ cup butter

½ cup milk

¾ cup sugar

3 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp vanilla essence

¼ cup chopped nuts

¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Cookies
Break biscuits into small pieces using your hands. Don’t crush them into powder—chunks give the best texture. -
Make Chocolate Sauce
In a pan, add butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until everything melts and becomes smooth.
Turn off heat and add vanilla essence. -
Combine
Pour the hot chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits.
Add nuts or chocolate chips if using. Mix well until all biscuits are coated. -
Shape the Cake
Line a round pan or bowl with cling wrap or baking paper.
Press the mixture firmly into the pan to shape the cake evenly. -
Chill

Melt:
