No-Bake Chocolate Cookie Cake

Ingredients

• 2 packs plain biscuits (Marie, Digestive, or Oreo without cream)

• ½ cup butter

• ½ cup milk

• ¾ cup sugar

• 3 tbsp cocoa powder

• ½ tsp vanilla essence

• Optional:

  • ¼ cup chopped nuts

  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cookies
   Break biscuits into small pieces using your hands. Don’t crush them into powder—chunks give the best texture.

2. Make Chocolate Sauce
   In a pan, add butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
   Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until everything melts and becomes smooth.
   Turn off heat and add vanilla essence.

3. Combine
   Pour the hot chocolate mixture over the broken biscuits.
   Add nuts or chocolate chips if using. Mix well until all biscuits are coated.

4. Shape the Cake
   Line a round pan or bowl with cling wrap or baking paper.
   Press the mixture firmly into the pan to shape the cake evenly.

5. Chill
   Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
