Ingredients

3 large eggs

A pinch of salt

8 g vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon)

100 ml milk

1 tablespoon instant coffee

180 g all-purpose flour

20 g unsweetened cocoa powder

15 g baking powder
Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan or line it with parchment paper. -
Prepare Wet Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until fluffy.

Dissolve the instant coffee in warm milk and add it to the eggs. Mix well.

Prepare Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Combine Ingredients

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Use a spatula and fold gently to keep the batter airy.
