Easy Ice Cream Recipe

Here’s a super easy, no-machine Ice Cream recipe that anyone can make at home with just 3 ingredients. No cooking, no ice cream maker required 🍨


🍦 Easy Homemade Ice Cream (No-Churn)

⏱ Time

  • Prep: 10 minutes

  • Freezing: 6–8 hours

🍨 Servings

  • 6–8 scoops


🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (very cold)

  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


👨‍🍳 Directions (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Whip the Cream

  1. Pour cold whipping cream into a large bowl.

  2. Beat with a whisk or electric beater until stiff peaks form.

    • (Cream should hold its shape and not be runny)


Step 2: Add Condensed Milk

  1. Gently add condensed milk to the whipped cream.

  2. Add vanilla essence.

  3. Fold slowly with a spatula using light strokes.

    • Do not overmix or the ice cream will lose air.


Step 3: Freeze

  1. Transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container.

  2. Cover tightly.

  3. Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until firm.


Step 4: Serve

  • Scoop and enjoy creamy, smooth homemade ice cream 🍦


⭐ Optional Easy Flavors

Mix any one of these before freezing:

  • Chocolate: Add 3 tbsp cocoa powder or melted chocolate

  • Strawberry: Add ½ cup strawberry puree

  • Mango: Add ½ cup mango pulp

  • Oreo: Crush 6–8 Oreos and fold in

  • Dry Fruits: Add chopped almonds or pistachios


🔁 Without Whipping Cream (Alternative)

If whipping cream is unavailable:

  • Use fresh cream (malai), chilled overnight

  • Blend until thick before using


✅ Tips for Best Results

  • Always use cold cream

  • Fold gently for creamy texture

  • Cover container tightly to avoid ice crystals
