Here’s a creamy, refreshing No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert—light, fluffy, and perfect for summer or anytime you want an easy dessert No oven, no gelatin, and very simple steps.


🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

  • Chill: 3–4 hours

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, very well drained

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional base)


👩‍🍳 Directions (Step-by-Step)


Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple

  1. Drain crushed pineapple completely.

  2. Press with a spoon or squeeze in a clean cloth to remove extra juice.
    👉 This step is important to keep the dessert thick.


Step 2: Whip the Cream

  1. In a cold bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.

  2. Whip until soft to medium peaks form.

  3. Set aside in the refrigerator.


Step 3: Cream Cheese Mixture

  1. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add sweetened condensed milk.

  3. Beat until creamy and lump-free.


Step 4: Combine

  1. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.

  2. Add drained pineapple and fold lightly until evenly mixed.


Step 5: Assemble

Option 1 – No Base

  • Spoon mixture into serving bowls or a glass dish.

Option 2 – Biscuit Base

  1. Spread crushed biscuits in a dish.

  2. Press lightly.

  3. Top with pineapple cream mixture.


Step 6: Chill

  1. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until set.

  2. Serve chilled.


⭐ Tips for Best Results

  • Always drain pineapple very well

  • Use cold whipping cream for better volume

  • Fold gently to keep it fluffy

  • Chill overnight for firmer texture

  • 4-Ingredient Version: Whipping cream + condensed milk + cream cheese + pineapple
