  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (enhances mango flavor)
  • 1 tbsp gelatin or china grass (agar-agar) (optional, for firm texture)
  • 3 tbsp warm water (for gelatin)
  • Crushed biscuits or cake crumbs (optional base)

👩‍🍳 Directions

Step 1: Prepare Gelatin (Optional)

  • Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
  • Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  • Heat gently until fully dissolved (do not boil).

Step 2: Whip the Cream

  • In a chilled bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  • Set aside.

Step 3: Make Mango Mixture

  • In another bowl, combine mango pulp, condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  • Mix until smooth.

Step 4: Combine

  • Gently fold whipped cream into the mango mixture.
  • Add dissolved gelatin (if using) and mix lightly.

Step 5: Add Chocolate Chips

  • Fold in chocolate chips evenly.

Step 6: Chill & Set
