Creamy Pineapple Dessert Without Gelatin with 4 ingredients

Posted on December 26, 2025 by Danish Kaleem

Here is a Creamy Pineapple Dessert (No Gelatin) made with only 4 simple ingredients. It’s smooth, light, refreshing, and perfect for summers or quick guests 🍍🍨

🍍 Creamy Pineapple Dessert (4 Ingredients | No Gelatin)

⏱ Time

  • Prep: 10 minutes

  • Chilling: 2–3 hours

🍮 Servings

  • Serves 4–5

🧾 Ingredients (Only 4)

  1. 1 cup pineapple chunks

    • Fresh (boiled) or canned (drained well)

  2. 1 cup fresh cream (chilled)

  3. ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  4. 2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)

⚠ Important Note (Very Important)

If using fresh pineapple, always:

  • Chop it and boil for 5 minutes

  • Let it cool completely before use

👉 Fresh pineapple contains enzymes that prevent desserts from setting. Boiling fixes this.

👨‍🍳 Directions (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Make Pineapple Purée

  1. Add pineapple chunks to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Keep aside.

Step 2: Prepare Cornflour Mixture

  1. In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp cornflour.

  2. Add ¼ cup water (from measured water, not extra).

  3. Mix well until smooth and lump-free.

Step 3: Cook the Pineapple Base

  1. Pour pineapple purée into a pan.

  2. Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add condensed milk and mix well.

  4. Slowly add cornflour mixture while stirring continuously.

  5. Cook until mixture thickens to a custard-like consistency.

  6. Turn off heat and let it cool completely.

👉 Do not overcook, or texture will become rubbery.

Step 4: Whip the Cream

  1. In a cold bowl, beat chilled fresh cream.

  2. Whip until soft peaks form.

    • Cream should be thick but not stiff.

Step 5: Combine

  1. Once pineapple mixture is fully cooled, add it to whipped cream.

  2. Fold gently using a spatula.

  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 6: Chill

  1. Transfer dessert into serving bowls or one large dish.

  2. Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

  3. Serve chilled.
